We ship within mainland Spain, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and rest Europe.

2.2. Delivery Times

• Mainland Spain: 24-48 business hours
• Canary Islands: 48-72 business hours
• Balearic Islands: 48-72 business hours
• Ceuta and Melilla: 3-5 business days
• Europe: 3-7 business days

2.3. Shipping Costs

• Spain: €4.99 for orders under €50. Free shipping for orders ≥ €50.
• Europe: €15.00 for orders under €100. Free shipping for orders ≥ €100.

Customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days following receipt of the product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed, nor to perishable products such as freshly roasted coffee.
